However, flat roofs aren't always more affordable. It may require more attention to detail, materials, and insulation compared to sloped roofs.

A shingle roof project (for an easy project), would take on average 20 sqs/day. If there are product changes, substitutions or other problems, it can take additional 12 – 24 hours. For hard projects, the average is 20 sqs every 48 hours.

The project total duration will be given after your free inspection where we evaluate the roof conditions and situation.

All contractors have annual work safety certificates. It’s our policy to maintain our collaborators and clients safe, and that is a priority for us.
Additionally, we require or team to use all of the safety equipment – such as harnesses, safety straps, safety nets, hard caps, etc – to implement the project carefully and safely.
